Customer Announcement from Pat O’Donnell & Co.

Pat O’Donnell & Co. are delighted to announce that, following a period of 18 months project development, we are ready to launch our new Business Management System on May 2, 2017.

The new system will bring you the following benefits:

- More flexible and faster quotations and order fulfilments

- Improvements to management and availability of parts

- More efficient aftermarket services, by providing additional tools to workshop and field service engineers (e.g. onsite access to online vehicle history and live warranty campaigns).

The above will enhance your experience with Pat O’Donnell & Co., by streamlining our processes and improving efficiency.

We have invested heavily in this project and have worked closely with our partners, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Penta, Avant, Rammer, Sennebogen and Thwaites to ensure our new IT platform will not only meet your existing customer needs but will enhance your experience with Pat O’Donnell & Co. and the products we distribute, well into the future.

We have been testing and re-testing the new system and we are eagerly looking forward to getting this new system operating from May 2nd, however, we kindly request your patience with us over the coming weeks as we get the new system fully functioning.
