New Job Vacancy - HR Generalist - Dublin
The role would encompass the following:
- Assist the HR Manager and the Senior Management team in the recruitment and selection processes
- Advise, participate, and implement procedures in relation to HR Issues such as complaints, grievances and disciplinary
- Administer and update personnel files of all employment changes, leavers and joiners
- Assist in the Induction process for all new employees
- Establishing an in-house employee training system that addresses the company’s training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation, management development, the measurement of training impact and training transfer
- Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programmes and consultants
- Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees
- Participating in helping to devise department goals, objectives, and systems
- Participating in administrative staff meetings and attending other meetings and seminars
- Development of the overall HR department
- Assisting in the management of the HR sections of the Internet, Intranet and social media particularly in the areas of recruitment, culture and company information
- Assist with the development of Human Resources policies for the company with regard to employee relations.
- Work closely with HR Manager on ad hoc HR & Communications projects as they arise
Requirements:
Must have a primary degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related area
Have at least 3-5 years HR Advisor or Generalist experience
Must be an excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to maintain excellent working relationships
Good knowledge of employment law
Can juggle multiple tasks, is detail orientated whilst meeting deadlines
Benefits
Salary will vary according to experience €40,000 -€50,000 per annum
