TrainingAll our technicians and engineers are fully equipped with all the necessary training to complete maintenance and repairs under the supervision of the company’s full-time Training Manager. At the company’s head-office in Dublin a purpose-built training centre is provided to carry out a continuous training programme and the engineers from the Workshops and Field Service Team are sent around the world to complete their training on-site with manufacturers. As the company continues to grow in all areas, and most notably the Service Department we have a continuous programme of recruiting apprentices. Once we have selected the most promising candidates, apprentices are registered with FAS to complete the ‘Construction Plant Apprenticeship’ programme. Today, members of our management team and over 60% of our qualified fitters served their apprenticeship with us and in return we ensure that their education and training is progressed right throughout their career. |
